All families are required to enroll in our Tuition Management Program through FACTS. There is a once a year $20 FACTS enrollment fee if you pay annually or a $50 FACTS enrollment fee if you pay with any other installment option. Enrollment information is on our website at saintchrisschool.org under the Join Us tab or you may contact Sheri Ingraham at 716-692-2660 ext. 107 or by email at singraham@saintchris.org. If you are a current FACTS family, you will be rolled over to the new school year. However, please update any information or banking changes to your account.
Payment Information:
Please indicate which payment plan you will be using to pay your 2025-2026 tuition:
Payment in full - One payment is due on or before August 15, 2025. This option entitles the payer to $150 discount. Discount is void if payment is not received by August 15, 2025.
Semi-Annual Payments - Two equal payments due August 15, 2025 and January 15, 2025.
Quarterly Payments - Four equal payments due August 15, 2025, November 15, 2025, February 15, 2026, and May 15, 2026.
10 Month Payments - Ten equal payments from August 2025 May 2026. Please select the date of the payment withdrawal: 5th of month or 15th of month or 25th of month
Bi-Weekly Payments - Twenty equal payments on the 5th and 20th of every month starting August 5, 2025.
Fundraising Program:
The St. Christopher Strong Fundraising Program was instituted to ensure that St. Christopher School will be able to serve students and their families for years to come through continued financial stability. Each family in grades K-8 will be required to generate $650.00 in fundraising during the school year and Pre-K families are required to generate $350.00 per family. The family dollar amount will Spring Gift Card Raffle - 100% of sales apply be based on the oldest child's grade level. The amount can be earned through a combination of the following ways: Fall Gift Card Raffle - 100% of sales apply Gala Raffle Ticket - 80% of sales apply or In lieu of participating in our fundraising activities, a family may choose to pay their commitment in full.
Tuition Contract and Financial Responsibility:
The S.C.S. fundraising obligation must be completed by May 1, 2026. The program will be tracked separately. After May 1, 2026, any unfulfilled commitment amount will be charged to your FACTS account.
We agree as a condition for our child/children to attend St. Christopher School to pay tuition and fees listed on the tuition information page. We understand that these fees are due and payable in order for our child/children to remain in school.
This application for enrollment will not be accepted if there is an outstanding balance remaining from prior years. All returning students will be charged the enrollment fees for 2025-2026 on March 1, 2025, unless the family has completed and

All families are to have a FACTS account set up and in working order by July 15, 2025. Families without a FACTS account that is in working order by this date will be subject to a $75 late set up fee. Families that are not set up with a working FACTS account by August 15, 2025, may put their enrollment in jeopardy.
All tuition will be paid via FACTS Tuition Management including payments in full.
In order for the child(ren) to remain enrolled at the school tuition and fees will be paid on time, per the above elected payment plan of payment in full, quarterly, 10 month or bi-weekly payments from August 2025 through May 2026. Returned payments are subject to a $30 service charge through FACTS.
Delinquent or unresolved payments are subject to a $25 per month late fee.
There is an early withdrawal penalty equal to one month's tuition when you un-enroll your child(ren) from the school on or after August 1, 2025.
The registration and technology fees are non-refundable. If a student is accepted on a probationary basis, all fees are still non-refundable and tuition will due for the time student was in attendance.
The school has the right to legal action for the non-payment of tuition and fees, and the parent will be responsible for the cost of collection, which could include collection fees up to 33% of the debt, plus any other costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred in collection efforts.
St. Christopher School's duties and obligations under this Agreement may be suspended immediately without notice during all periods in which the School is closed due to any force majeure event including, but not limited to war, acts of terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, plagues, acts of governmental authorities, such as expropriation, condemnation, and changes in laws and regulations, strikes, labor disputes, states of emergency, acts of God, such as sever acts of nature or weather events including floods, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes or explosions, or any other similar causes beyond the control of St. Christopher School. If such an event occurs, St. Christopher School's duties and obligations in the Agreement may be suspended or postponed until such time as the School, in its sole discretion, may safely reopen. In the event St. Christopher School cannot reopen or is unable to provide class instruction due to a force majeure event, the undersigned further acknowledge(s) and agree(s) that the School is under no obligation to refund any portion of the tuition paid, and that any failure or delay in the School's performance because of a force majeure event will not relieve the undersigned of his/her/their obligation to pay amounts owed under this Agreement.
