March 21st – Today at Book Bunch we read Elmer on Stilts by David McKee and made our biggest Elmer craft yet! That tricky Elmer came up with a sneaky plan to trick some hunters into going the wrong direction. Elmer and his friends took off on stilts, and although their plan didn’t go quite as they planned they still were able to stay safe from the hunters. They also learned that stilts are a lot of fun! Book Bunchers made their own paper plate Elmer crafts to take home after the story!
